This guy was one of my first best subjects for Leanin' Tree cards.  I met him when Dusti and moved to Idaho shortly after we met.  He was just a cowboy from the mountains with a unique and contagious laugh.  After the painting of him was published on cards and mugs and all sorts of things, he and his brothers visited us in Montana, while we were on another leg of our adventures.  We went to the local bar for a drink and the bartender and the patrons actually recognized him from the cards.  He became an instant celebrity, signing cards and meeting the locals.  We made some memories in those mountains - some good, some funny and some scary - but they were all special.  Wouldn't trade any of them for anything!
