Had a friend years ago who was quite the real estate mogul.  He bragged, rightfully, that he could sell anything.  So when he made it to the top of his field and actually had a corner office, I painted him a little picture to go in it.  This sign should have said, "for sale, or lease, or trade, or whatever works for me to call it SOLD!"
